When can I expect my order?

We always do our utmost to get your order delivered as soon as possible after ordering.

Our standard delivery time within Europe is 3-5 working days. We deliver to the US within 5 to 7 working days.

Please note that shipping may take longer if there are general delays at our shipping companies.

What happens if I don't pick up my parcel?

Uncollected parcels will be returned to us and we will charge you a fee of 15€ for the returned parcel. The fee covers the double shipping costs as well as picking and packing.
