Shipping and delivery
We ship world wide, are always doing our best to deliver as quick as possible.
Below are some guidelines:
Nordic: 3 - 8 working days.
Europe: 5 - 10 working days.
Rest of the world: 6 - 10 working days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Uncollected parcels will be returned to us and we will charge you the shipping fee for the returned parcel.
If you have questions about your delivery, you are always welcome to contact us at email@example.com. We are available Monday to Friday 08: 00-18: 00.
If you change your mind, we allow a 14-day return policy from the date you received your order. All products must be in a new and unopened state for your return to be approved.
All shipping fees outside Europe are non-refundable.
To request a return, email us below and we will send you a return slip to use.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. All returned items will be credited to the original payment method. Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
